John L. Coble is a NCDRC Certified Superior Court Mediator. He mediates cases pending in both Federal and State courts. The types of cases Mr. Coble typically mediates include matters arising in contract; business disputes land disputes and partition proceedings; estate and trust matters; construction disputes; matters alleging tortious conduct; collection actions; and serious personal injury and wrongful death. In-person mediations are preferred but remote and hybrid conferences can be arranged.
